Friends, if you are bored with the usual cookies, then today I want to show you a recipe for some unusual cookies with semolina.

Thanks to this component, the cookie turns out to be slightly loose and at the same time soft and gentle. Also, for a more vivid taste and aroma, I used lemon peel and the biscuit became more saturated with a beautiful yellow shade.

Ingredients:

Butter - 100 g

Semolina - 200 g

Flour - 175 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 100 g

Zest of one lemon

Preparation:

Eggs mix with sugar in a lush mass. Mix the soft butter with semolina and add the lemon zest. Then mix the egg mixture with manna, add flour and knead the dough. Allow him to stand for about an hour in the refrigerator. Form the balls from the dough and place them in a form covered with parchment paper. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

As a result, you will get a very delicious cookies with a lemon flavor and unusual texture.
