Recipe and FoodPhotos: The Cake with Pineapple and Banana.

If you like cakes, but have tried already a large number of recipes, then today I want to show an unusually delicious cake recipe with pieces of pineapple and banana.

This new and fresh taste of the cake will fill your kitchen with new flavors. The cakes get an incredibly tender texture with pieces of tender banana and pineapple.

Ingredients:

Flour - 350 g

Sugar 420 g

Eggs - 3 pieces.

Soda - 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon - 2 tsp.

Banana - 2 pcs.

Pineapples - 250 g

Vanilla - 15 g

Vegetable oil - 170 g

Cream:

Sour cream 200 g

Cottage cheese - 200 g

Vanilla - 10 g

Sugar powder - 250 g

Cooking method:

In the beginning, cut the pineapples into small pieces. Then in a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, soda and cinnamon. In the second bowl, cut the banana into slices and a little over it with a fork. Add to the bananas chopped pineapples and the remaining juice from the jar and mix everything. Then add two eggs and mix again. Add the vegetable oil and vanilla. Next, combine the dry and liquid ingredients together. Stir well the resulting mass.

For baking, grease the butter and lay out a portion of the dough. You should end up with three cakes. Bake each cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Ready cakes cool slightly and remove from the mold. While the cakes are cooling, prepare the curd cream. I used ordinary cottage cheese and sour cream for this. I put everything together and added sugar powder and vanilla and beat it in a blender. And the cream is ready! 

It remains only to combine the cakes and cream together and add the pieces of the banana between the cakes. The top of the cake can be decorated with any fruit.
