Have you ever eaten a kimbap and a dumpling? Then you know that I've just made a fusion of those two dishes and made a Kimpling.
If you haven't here's a recipe for a kimbap and a dumpling. Dumplings could have different fillings and I chose one with the rice noodles in it. One of my Chinese classmates in the Dutch class made me a lot of those back when we were still going to school and she would still come here to have lunch with me just so we could still see and catch up with each other just because I finished the course ahead of her.
